Gabi @ Bridge View 8th March - 26th May

Gabi will be showing new work at Bridge View (Aberdeen) along with Martha E Anderson, Hazel Fortescue Irvine & Mel Shand.

"Bird" will run from 8th March - 26th May Preview 6-8pm - Thursday 8th March.

We're happy to say that the pictoplasma show both Gabi & Phil are showing at - is now open. If you are in paris between 7th - 31st December, pop in past La Gaîté lyrique - and check out the show.

Gabi at the Lighthouse, Glasgow

Gabi will be selling her Small Stories wares at the fantastic Made in the Shade craft fair at the Glasgow Lighthouse Museum today. Along with many other fine Scottish crafters, Gabi will be selling Xmas Decorations, Baby apparel, drawings, prints and much more...

This is very exciting. Pictoplasma put out a call earlier in the year for drawings / models / prints of monsters (primarily the "Yeti")... gabi made an amazing needle felted plushie of a yeti & Phil enetered some of the "oor monsters" chaps...

the entries for the comp reached over 5000 and 500 have been selected for the final show... we're in the top 10% of entrants. Now, that's cool.

Getting busy...again...

Just a quick post to let everyone know we (Gabi and I) used to post our news through the G-R-A blog - which we have let slide for a while now...

BUT! We promise to get back on top of this - post more news regularly, and not rely on faceBook to drop our news onto... after all, this is a little more "permanent" and specific. We're also using the blog to populate other streams... filtering news etc, and feeding it through www.feedburner.com (pulling out Small Stories specific news for example).

Anyway... we promise to put our news on here more often.

My Etsy Shop is back up and running...

After setting it up this time last year, I had taken my eye off the ball, and let items expire, failed to update or maintain my Etsy profile...

So! I've re-populated it with some new items, and I promise to keep uploading new things every month!

I've already made one sale since re-instating my shop!

Phil and I are also working on a new G-R-A website, Small stories site + lots more plans for 2011...

and we promise promise promise to get the typefaceaweek CD done and dusted this year (only a year late).

don't forget, we've got a Small Stories facebook page too, where you can also access new images of my work and comment (please do!)
